A well-established Tier 3 builder is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator / Project Coordinator to join their growing team delivering apartment and mixed-use commercial projects across Perth valued up to $18M.

With centrally located offices and a genuine family-feel culture, this is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 background who is looking for greater flexibility, more autonomy, and a clearer pathway into project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with subcontract administration including procurement, scopes of work, variations, and claims
  • Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
  • Maintain cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Assist in managing project programmes, compliance, and documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role
  • Background working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial or residential builder
  • Exposure to apartment, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Looking for a more agile business offering flexibility, progression, and broader project exposure
  • Ambitious to grow into a Junior Project Manager role
