Redpath Partners are partnering with a leading South Australian electrical contractor delivering complex commercial, healthcare, government and infrastructure projects across Adelaide.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technically complex projects valued up to $5M. This role is suited to a proven Project Manager with strong commercial, operational and stakeholder management capability, combined with a solid understanding of electrical infrastructure delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technically complex projects valued up to $5M. This role is suited to a proven Project Manager with strong commercial, operational and stakeholder management capability, combined with a solid understanding of electrical infrastructure delivery.
The Role
You will take ownership of projects from planning through to commissioning and handover, managing programmes, subcontractors, client relationships and project performance across multiple concurrent projects.
Projects include:
- HV/LV infrastructure upgrades
- Main switchboard replacements and shutdown works
- Critical power and backup systems
- Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
- Live operational environment projects
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management across programme, commercial and delivery functions
- Client and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle
- Project planning, staging and shutdown coordination
- Budget management, forecasting and cost control
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Management of project risk, quality and compliance
- Coordination with consultants, engineers and delivery teams
- Review and optimisation of construction methodologies and sequencing
- Reporting on project performance, timelines and financials
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and infrastructure delivery
- Experience delivering projects within live or operational environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, variations and project reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Highly regarded:
- Experience with shutdown or staged infrastructure works
- Exposure to critical power systems, switchboards or HV/LV infrastructure
- Microsoft Project or similar programming software experience
- Familiarity with BIM coordination or design review processes
