Nurse – Luxury Retirement Village Location: SW11 Salary: £23.75 per hour Shift Pattern: • 12-hour shifts • 36 or 40 hours per week • 7 day rota, including weekends An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and clinically confident Nurse to join a prestigious Luxury Retirement Village in SW11. This service is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care within a refined, high-quality environment. This role would suit an experienced Nurse who values relationship-led care, clinical excellence, and working within a supportive and well-structured setting. The Role As Nurse, you will: • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans • Safely administer and manage medications, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, responding proactively to changes in condition • Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and families • Support and guide care teams to maintain exceptional standards • Contribute to audits, governance processes and continuous quality improvement What We’re Looking For • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN • Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills • Experience within elderly care, residential or nursing settings • Understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures • Compassionate, professional and team-focused approach Benefits • £23.75 per hour • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Ongoing professional development and training • Structured induction and clinical support • High-quality working environment within a luxury setting • Clear progression pathways Our Promise: At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
