Civil Supervisor (Perth & DIDO 2:1)

Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a Tier 1 Civil Contractor is recruiting for a Civil Supervisor to help deliver infrastructure works in Perth, and through regional Western Australia. 
  
The Role
This role requires an experienced Civil Supervisor who can lead by example in driving site safety, mentor and develop crews, and foster a positive team culture. You will bring strong expertise in earthworks, drainage, and pavement construction, with the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts while demonstrating excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Initially based on a project in Perth’s eastern suburbs, the role will transition into a DIDO position delivering infrastructure projects across the South West region on a 2:1 roster.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Minimum of three years experience as a Civil Supervisor.
• Delivered Earthworks, Drainage and Pavement Construction works, and understand specifications of each.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• A true leadership approach, leading by example, and providing mentorship on site.
