Apply directOur client is seeking a hands-on HR Operations & Systems Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This is a key operational role for someone passionate about streamlining HR processes, leveraging technology, and driving continuous improvement.
You’ll work across HR systems, employee data, reporting, and initiatives, transforming manual processes into automated, efficient workflows that make a real impact.
- Maintain, optimise, and manage HRIS and employee data with accuracy and compliance.
- Analyse HR data and produce reports on headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, and trends.
- Lead automation of HR processes, transforming manual workflows into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and compliant employee data.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements using technology.
- Maintain HR documentation, templates, and policies for consistency and compliance.
- Act as a HR systems expert, providing support and training to managers and team members.
- Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and innovation.
- Strong background in HR operations, HRIS administration, or HR analytics; experience in operational transformation is a plus.
- Tech-savvy, with an AI/automation mindset and a passion for improving systems.
- Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional yet approachable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
