The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s maintenance function and lead a small team of 3-4 team members. Your focus will include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across the property
  • Managing preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensuring safety, compliance and operational standards are met
  • Coordinating contractors and technical service providers
  • Managing departmental costs and performance KPIs
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a young team
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor from a hotel or accommodation background who is confident, hands-on, and solutions-focused. You’ll bring strong leadership energy, the ability to engage positively with both guests and team members, and a proactive mindset when it comes to improving systems and standards.
