The Assistant Venue Manager at this location is responsible for helping to run a high-performing, multi-faceted venue, with a strong focus on team training, guest experience, labour control, and shift management.

This place is busy for most of the seven-day operation and draws big crowds from Friday to Sunday. They run a multi-level, multi-outlet F&B operation that packs a punch with its colourful cocktail list and vibrant sharing plate menu.

Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years Assistant Manager experience in hospitality is essential, preferably within pubs, venues, or high volume restaurants
- Obsessed with looking at ways to improve guest experience
- The ideal leader will be creative, innovative, inclusive, and someone who loves training
- Good understanding of cost control management
- You're a culture captain who is able to champion business values
