Join a modern private surgical hospital delivering exceptional patient care across a diverse range of specialties. RWR Health is proud to recruit a Theatre Nurse to join their experienced and supportive perioperative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a theatre nurse with 2–3 years’ experience who is looking to further develop their skills within a modern private hospital environment known for clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centred care.

Diverse Surgical Exposure
You’ll work across a range of specialties, ensuring your days remain varied, stimulating, and professionally rewarding:

• Endoscopy (Colonoscopy & Gastroscopy)
• General Surgery
• Gynaecology
• Ophthalmology
• Orthopaedic Surgery
• Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Urology

Modern Facilities Include:

• 5 operating theatres
• Over 4,000 procedures annually
• 21-bed inpatient suite
• Dedicated day-stay unit

Your Role
As part of the perioperative team, you will play an important role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering excellent perioperative nursing care
• Supporting theatre efficiency and patient flow
• Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining high clinical and infection control standards
• Contributing positively to a supportive and patient-focused team culture
• Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

About You
You are a motivated and team-focused theatre nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
You will bring:

• Current Annual Practising Certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• 2–3 years’ theatre nursing experience
• Strong clinical capability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
• A positive, proactive, and patient-centred approach
