A reputable civil contractor with a strong presence in South Australia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. With multiple subdivision projects commencing across Adelaide’s northern suburbs, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a consistent pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee subdivision projects from start to completion
  • Manage site crews, subcontractors, and daily operations
  • Deliver bulk earthworks, underground services (stormwater, sewer, water), and pavements
  • Ensure works meet project specifications, quality, and safety standards
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and provide project updates to the Site Manager
About You
  • Experience supervising civil subdivision projects
  • Strong understanding of SA Water requirements, land development and civil infrastructure works
  • Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate on-site activities
  • Proven leadership skills managing crews and subcontractors
