📍 Location: On-site (Singapore)
💰 Salary: Up to SGD 6,400 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support a dynamic enterprise application environment, focusing on production support and system enhancements.

The role requires a strong blend of business analysis and technical understanding, with hands-on involvement in defect resolution, requirement gathering, and solution delivery. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Experience with Pega / BPM systems will be an added advantage due to the application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations in investigating, analysing, and resolving production defects to ensure system stability and business continuity
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and work with developers to define corrective and preventive actions
• Gather, validate, and document business and system requirements for enhancements and change requests
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical implementation
• Support end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, including testing, deployment validation, and post-implementation review
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, operations, developers, and support teams
• Support integration-related issue analysis across internal systems and external partners
• Perform impact analysis for defects, enhancements, and system changes
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and defect tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation for requirements, defects, and solutions
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or techno-functional roles
• Experience in application support / AMS environment preferred
• Exposure to Pega or BPM systems is a required requirement
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong ownership mindset
