This contract role is working with a well-established commercial construction contractor delivering high-quality workplace fit outs across Sydney. Due to a strong pipeline of secured projects, this client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an office fit out project in Western Sydney.

- Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
- Maintain and drive programme to meet key milestones
- Ensure strict adherence to WHS requirements
- Conduct site meetings and liaise directly with clients and stakeholders
- Manage quality control and ensure high-end finishes are achieved
- Problem-solve and manage site challenges proactively
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial office / workplace fit-outs
- Trade background essential (carpentry or similar preferred)
- Strong client-facing skills – confident, professional, and solutions-focused
- Solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a live environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery
