We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established logistics operation based in the Horsley Park area. This is a fast-paced role supporting daily transport activities, ideal for someone with strong administration and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Track deliveries and provide updates
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide delivery updates and ETAs
- Resolve transport and delivery issues
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Maintain accurate data across transport systems
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, administration, or customer service highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel
- Reliable and team-focused attitude
- Own transport highly regarded due to location
- $36 per hour + Super
