The Role

You will be the backbone of the sales team, managing marketing, compliance, administration, and front-of-house responsibilities while providing exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital and print marketing for all property listings
- Process listings, sales, and property marketing for each property listed and sold by the sales team
- Ensure all paperwork is compliant and aligned with internal processes
- Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, coordinating marketing, signage, photography, and advertising
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with new and existing clients
- Provide high-level administrative and sales support to agents
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
