Leverage Finance Associate - Elite US Law Firm - 2-5 PQE

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Leveraged Finance Associate to join the London office of an elite US law firm with one of the market's most highly regarded finance practices.

The role will involve advising leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and financial institutions on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations. The work is often international in scope, providing exposure to sophisticated cross border matters and high profile transactions.

The team is seeking candidates with between 2 and 5 years' post qualification experience. The successful individual will join a collaborative and high performing practice, working closely with recognised market leaders on some of the most significant financing transactions in the market.

The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a leading City, US or international law firm and possess strong technical skills, excellent commercial judgement and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
