This role would suit someone with strong local consulting experience who can lead projects, manage clients, and mentor junior staff. You will be joining a busy and growing team with a strong pipeline of work across a broad range of sectors.

The Role
  • Lead electrical building services projects from concept through to completion
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, and client expectations
  • Oversee design documentation and technical delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and clients
  • Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
  • Attend meetings, site inspections, and provide technical input throughout delivery
  • Contribute to team growth and ongoing client relationships
Project Experience

We are looking for someone with experience delivering projects across a variety of sectors, ideally including:
  • Commercial office developments
  • Healthcare / hospitals
  • Education facilities
  • Residential apartments / mixed-use developments
  • Retail and hospitality projects
  • Industrial / warehousing facilities
  • Data centres / mission critical facilities
  • Fitout and refurbishment projects
Requirements
  • Degree qualified Electrical Engineer
  • Proven experience within an Australian building services consultancy
  • Strong local project experience across a range of sectors
  • Previous experience leading projects and managing clients
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
  • Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, communications, and associated services
  • Good understanding of Australian Standards and local codes
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
