Responsibilities:

2. Cost Estimation: Utilize Xactimate software to create detailed and accurate cost estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects. Consider factors such as labor, materials, permits, equipment, and subcontractor services.
3. Insurance Claims: Work closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams to understand insurance policies, claim requirements, and coverage limitations. Prepare comprehensive estimates that align with insurance guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xactimate software is essential. Demonstrated ability to create accurate estimates and navigate the software effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and restoration techniques.
