Senior Product Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of important product initiatives, working across all stages of each project to ensure that the product aligns with market needs and delivers value to clients. This role involves both setting the strategic vision for products and ensuring successful day-to-day execution. You’ll prioritize short-term project tasks while also developing plans for long-term growth, collaborating with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Focus on Customer Needs:

• Talk with customers to understand their needs and define product requirements.
• Identify and prioritize tasks that add the most value for customers.

Immediate Project Execution:

• Quickly learn the details of existing products and understand business requirements.
• Develop clear product requirements and drive project progression.
• Conduct customer interviews to confirm that products meet market needs.

Long-Term Strategy:

• Create a roadmap that outlines mid- and long-term goals for the product.
• Lead the development team in delivering products aligned with business objectives.
• Develop business plans that support product growth and align with company goals.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing product development.
• Experience in creating clear product documentation and developing strategic roadmaps.
• Skilled in gathering customer feedback and conducting market research.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams such as engineering and design.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply the latest AI technologies in product development.
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Language: Business-level proficiency in either Japanese or English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing products with large user bases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or related certifications.
• Familiarity with advanced AI techniques like natural language processing.
• Experience with Python and TypeScript.
