Barker Ross is recruiting Assembly Operative for a fantastic opportunity with our client in Northampton. This is perfect for individuals seeking long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
Shift Pattern – PM Shift Only
- Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 20:00

The Role:
Work in a fast-paced production environment assembling small components at your own workstation. Once trained, you’ll work independently, following clear instructions to ensure high-quality products every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts accurately
- Maintain high levels of quality and precision
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Follow instructions carefully
- Ensure consistent production standards
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good dexterity and steady hands
- Good eyesight
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- Previous assembly experience is a plus, but not essential
This role is PM shift only – perfect for those who prefer afternoon/evening work!
