Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing HR Advisor or Senior HR Coordinator to join a globally recognised consulting firm within a lean, high-impact People team.
Working closely with the HR Manager, this role will provide broad generalist support across the employee lifecycle, with a key focus on performance management and recruitment within a high-performing, partnership-driven environment.
The role will support biannual calibration processes, performance management activities and graduate/lateral recruitment campaigns. While recruitment volumes are relatively low, the process is highly involved and stakeholder-heavy, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
This position is ideally suited to a high-performing Senior HR Coordinator looking to transition into a HR Advisor role, offering the opportunity to build broader generalist capability within a sophisticated, high-performing professional services environment.
About You
You are a bright, proactive and commercially minded HR professional with experience operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You bring strong communication and stakeholder management capability, enjoy working in a collaborative team, and are looking to continue building your career within a sophisticated professional services setting.
Experience within consulting, legal, Big 4 or similarly professional environments will be highly regarded.
