We’re working with a well-established environmental consultancy in Perth that’s looking to appoint an Associate-level contaminated land consultant as a long-term hire.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning work, dealing directly with clients, and being trusted to run projects properly - with a clear pathway to Principal or Team Leader over time.
The role
You’ll sit at Associate level (roughly 8-15 years’ experience) and take the lead on delivery and client-facing work, including:

The role
You’ll sit at Associate level (roughly 8-15 years’ experience) and take the lead on delivery and client-facing work, including:
- Managing client relationships and being comfortable in commercial conversations
- Scoping and pricing work (investigations, remediation and validation)
- Leading contaminated land projects end-to-end
- Writing and reviewing clear, high-quality technical reports
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Helping grow the team and stepping into leadership over time
You’ll be working on a strong mix of complex and high-profile projects across infrastructure, energy and government-linked portfolios, including work for major clients and large remediation programs.

About you
- 8-15 years’ experience in contaminated land consulting (Australia)
- Strong report writing and technical judgement

- Someone who wants to grow into leadership, not stay parked in delivery forever
- Perth-based preferred, but strong eastern states candidates are also considered
