I’m currently working with a well-established SEQ developer-builder delivering premium high-rise residential projects across Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Safety Advisor to play a key role on a flagship apartment development (circa $150mill) in Brisbane.

The Role
  • Lead safety on a premium high-rise apartment project
  • Act as the sole site-based Safety Advisor
  • Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to drive compliance and best practice
  • Partner with project leadership to support successful project delivery
  • Join a builder with a strong and consistent pipeline of work
About You
  • Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
  • Strong high-rise / apartment project experience
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of site safety
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong on-site presence
