Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or related field
- Strong understanding of union project requirements and labor coordination
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Experience with commercial construction, façades, or building envelope systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience working on large-scale or multi-trade projects
- Familiarity with the Reno/Nevada construction market
