Collins Property Recruitment is working with an established and highly regarded independent estate agency brand in Northwest London. Who is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Progressing lets through to completion
- Contributing to office targets and team success
- £20,000 Basic Salary
- Car Allowance
- £45,000 in year one
- commission and bonus structure.
- 1 in 4 Saturday working
- Strong earning potential with uncapped commission
- Target-driven and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
