Requirements of position




JobSquad is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician / Journeyman Machine Repairer to join our dynamic team in Paw Paw, MI. This dual-trade position is perfect for professionals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges.
 
 
  1.  Journeyman Millwright or Electrician card (dual trade preferred)
  2. Strong communication and independent work ethic.
  3. Familiarity with PLCs and national electrical codes.
  4. Must own tools and have good math skills.
  5. Must pass drug screen and background check.
 
 
Responsibilities of position





  1.  Read electrical blueprints/schematics.
  2. Wire control panels and perform machine repairs.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance and welding.
  4. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  5. Maintain safety and quality standards.
