We are seeking a dependable Cleaner / Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized aviation facility. This position is responsible for cleaning both office areas and the production floor, helping ensure a professional and compliant work environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Remove trash and recycling from offices and production areas.
- Clean windows, doors, desks, workstations, and other surfaces.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness on the plant floor and around aircraft component work areas.
- Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and facility cleaning standards.
- Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns to management.
- Support facility organization and general housekeeping projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent walking, bending, and standing.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment: This position works throughout both office and aviation production environments. Employees may be exposed to noise, dust, cleaning chemicals, machinery, and varying temperatures while maintaining the facility.
