Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in Bethel, Connecticut. This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion in resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver the highest quality care
• Oversee compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ overall well-being
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
