What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with civil works such as earthworks, trenching, and site prep
  • Moving materials and setting up work areas
  • Supporting machine operators and skilled trades on site
  • General labouring including digging, lifting, and site clean-up
  • Following health & safety procedures on active construction sites

What we’re looking for:

  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work
  • Previous construction or civil experience
  • SiteSafe or ConstructSafe
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
