Finance Manager

Job Summary A commercially driven Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. This role is responsible for P&L visibility, financial planning and analysis, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within a lean finance structure.

Job Responsibilities · Act as a finance business partner to commercial and operational teams · Own P&L reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking · Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes · Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making · Provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, pricing, and margins · Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities · Support business case evaluations and strategic initiatives · Improve financial processes, reporting, and data quality · Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and better tools · Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment of actuals and reports · Support internal controls and governance processes.

Job Requirements · Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred) · Extensive years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance · Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights · Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders · Proactive, hands-on, with strong communication skills · Fair English Communication
