A leading City law firm is looking to hire a Senior Revenue Manager to take ownership of revenue management and credit control across the firm.
This is a senior, visible position within the finance leadership group, partnering closely with Partners and practice heads to improve working capital, reduce lock up, and accelerate cash collection.
You will lead the revenue function day to day, setting direction, creating clear targets and measures, and making sure the team has the structure and support to deliver consistently.
The role blends strategic oversight with practical delivery. You will own the forecasting cycle for billing and collections, drive effective WIP management, and strengthen controls and reporting so performance is transparent and momentum is maintained.
A core part of the job is relationship led. You will build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across the firm, ensuring each practice area is well supported and that billing and collections activity reflects both client expectations and commercial priorities.
For key clients, you will help shape internal processes that handle complex billing requirements smoothly, and you will strengthen relationships with client finance teams to help invoices move through approval and payment faster.
What they’re looking for
This role suits someone with significant experience leading revenue and credit in a professional services environment. You will bring confident leadership, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and tact.
You will be analytical, organised and solutions focused, comfortable balancing competing priorities and improving processes without losing pace. Strong communication and a collaborative style are essential.
Working pattern
London based, full time, senior leadership role within the finance function.
If you enjoy roles where you can set direction, improve performance, and build strong stakeholder partnerships while keeping a close eye on outcomes, this is a standout opportunity.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences and characteristics.
If you require any adjustments or additional support at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know.
