Contract Opportunity – Business Analyst (with Change Management Capability)

Talent Vault is partnering with a large New Zealand organisation delivering critical community and healthcare-related services, and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a fast-moving transformation initiative.

Role:

This role requires someone who can confidently work across business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change activities within a complex operational environment.
We are looking for a BA who is practical, adaptable, and able to build strong working relationships quickly.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong Business Analysis experience across discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery support
• Workshop facilitation and process mapping capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
• Ability to work across operational and technology teams
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach

Highly regarded:

• Healthcare or health-sector experience
• Exposure to transformation programmes
• Experience working within frontline or operational service environments

The ideal contractor:

• Is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Can operate effectively in evolving environments
• Is collaborative, calm, and delivery-focused
• Balances attention to detail with strong people skills
• Can start immediately or at short notice
