A well-established, design-led architecture studio is seeking an Architect / Senior Architect to join the team and contribute to a portfolio of high-end, bespoke residential projects.
This role is suited to someone who brings strong design sensibility and creative flair, but is equally confident in technical documentation, detailing, and project delivery using Revit. You will play a key role in translating design intent into clear, buildable outcomes, working across later design stages through to construction.

The Role
- Contribute to projects from design development through to construction delivery
- Translate design concepts into high-quality, detailed documentation in Revit
- Lead or support back-end project delivery, including detailing, coordination, and buildability
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure design integrity is maintained through documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Assist with construction phase services, including RFIs and site coordination
- Support delivery across multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously
- 5+ years’ experience in architecture, with a strong focus on high-end / luxury single residential
- Proven experience delivering projects through documentation and construction stages
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of construction detailing, joinery, and material resolution
- Ability to balance creative design thinking with technical execution
- Confident working within a design-led environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Work on bespoke, design-driven homes of exceptional quality
