The Role
- Partner strategically with senior executive leaders across the IT, Finance, and Product divisions.
- Develop and drive tailored people strategies that align local initiatives with the global HR agenda.
- Execute key cyclical HR processes over the next six months, including performance reviews, remuneration, and objective setting.
- Coach leadership teams through complex employee relations cases and advanced performance management matters.
- Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and engagement while collaborating seamlessly with specialist, centralized HR functions.
- Analyze workforce metrics to deliver actionable insights and proactive recommendations to the business.
- Navigate a complex, matrixed global organization to support stakeholders across multiple international time zones.
- Ensure a seamless transition by picking up existing strategic projects and cases midway through completion.
- Minimum 5 years of related professional experience, including dedicated senior HR Business Partnering experience.
- Demonstrated capability to partner directly with senior executive teams in a strategic, rather than advisory, capacity.
- Proven confidence in autonomously managing complex performance matters and driving proactive people initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting IT or technology divisions within a global, matrixed organization.
