What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing or job shop environment
- Ability to set up machines, change tools, and dial in parts accurately
- Capable of working independently and staying focused in a fast-paced setting

- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CNC lathe operations, tool offsets, and part finishing to produce high-quality results.
- Precision Measurement: Proficiency in using micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers to verify part dimensions and quality.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining tight tolerances, safety standards, and consistent production output.
