Design & Build are teaming up with an Award-winning builder who is looking to source an experienced Project Manager to join their NSW Team in Sydney. This builder works across NSW projects up to $20m for the last 20 years. They have recently been awarded a new project and are looking to review profiles for a Project Manager to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a commercial site with further projects to come located in Sydney.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience D&C office fitout and refurb experience 
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
  • Previously worked on complex fitout and refurb commercial projects
  • Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel 
  • Experience running projects up to $5m - $10m in value
