Financial Controller (Part-Time) Cheshunt, Hertfordshire 24 hours per week £65,000 – £75,000 pro-rata Social Care / Supported Living Our client is sourcing a Part-Time Financial Controller to join their growing supported living organisation, based at their Head Office. This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for leading the finance function and providing clear financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role also includes line management of the Accounts Manager. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting Oversight of financial controls, governance, and statutory compliance Management of year-end accounts and liaison with external accountants Financial support and insight to the CEO and senior leadership team Leadership and development of the finance team About You Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role Strong management accounts and financial control experience Comfortable working in a small or growing organisation Experience within social care or a regulated environment is desirable Why Apply Flexible part-time role (24 hours per week) Senior position with real influence Opportunity to shape and strengthen the finance function Values-led organisation within the supported living sector Our Promise: · At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
