Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work at the Big Spring Hospital. This is a Psychiatric / Behavioral Health setting where you’ll provide care to adult psychiatric patients in a structured, secure, and therapeutic behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide care for patients
• Manage psychiatric/medical emergencies
• Complete nursing assessments for new admissions
• Perform computer data entry
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies, specifically Joint Commission guidelines, CMS standards, BSH policy and directives HHSC standards, rules and directives
Requirements:
• Active TX or compact LVN license
• 1+ year of LVN experience
