Available Career Paths (Start Day One):

New team members will be trained and assigned to one of our primary distribution sectors:

1. Logistics Loader / Unloader

• Inbound/Outbound Flow: Hand-load and unload products safely from delivery trucks and shipping containers.

• Staging: Stack, palletize, wrap, and systematically organize inventory for outbound shipment.

• Physical Stamina: Consistently handle and maneuver cargo weighing 30–50 lbs throughout the shift.

• 6S Standards: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and safe industrial workspace.

2. Inventory Labeler & Validator

• Precision Labeling: Apply accurate shipping and tracking barcode labels to products and full pallets.

• Routing Verification: Cross-check shipment data to ensure inventory is channeled into the correct transport containers.

• Flexibility: Cross-train in multiple departments to support the team in hitting daily logistical targets.

• 90-Day Advancement: After your first 3 months, associates with excellent attendance and strong performance are eligible for immediate promotion.

Job Requirements:

• Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to safety protocols, team communication, and warehouse guidelines.
