We are partnering with a Federal Government department to secure experienced ICT Project Managers to support the delivery of major technology initiatives within a high-profile CIO Division. This is an initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential, working on complex, business-critical ICT programs. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects, working across cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, delivery and governance of complex ICT projects
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and cross-agency partners
  • Drive project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level updates
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Oversee project resources and ensure high-performing delivery teams
  • Contribute to governance forums and represent the project at key meetings
  • Work across both waterfall and hybrid/agile delivery environments
Essential Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years delivering complex ICT projects within Federal Government environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technical and executive levels
  • Proven experience managing cross-agency programs and vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated experience across waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation and reporting capability
