- 5–10 years in B2B sales, specifically in Life Safety, Fire Protection & Facilities Maintenance.
- Familiarity with NFPA codes (NFPA 25 for sprinklers, NFPA 72 for alarms) and local AHJ requirements.
- Proven track record of hitting $2M+ annual quotas in recurring service revenue in your 2nd year.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred. NICET certifications are a significant plus.
- All travel paid but expect to travel extensively to meet with national decision-makers and visit key client sites.
