AI & UX Product Designer - Remote position!

Digital Marketing agency seeks AI & UX Product Designer. Remote position! 

We are seeking a talented and driven UX Designer with strong experience in product
definition and website design to help us build a SaaS product website from the ground up.
You ll be joining at the earliest stage of development, working closely with product leaders,
engineers, and stakeholders to shape the product vision, define core features, and craft a
seamless and engaging user experience for our web-based platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, user personas, and key
features for the SaaS website.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform
design and strategy decisions.
Translate business and user requirements into responsive wireframes, user flows,
prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
Design end-to-end user experiences for a web-based SaaS product, with an emphasis
on intuitive navigation and usability.
Create and maintain a cohesive web design system and UI components to ensure
consistency across the platform.
Work closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity, pixel-perfect implementation of
designs.
Rapidly iterate based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs.
Participate in product roadmap planning, MVP definition, and go-to-market strategy.
Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 1-2 years in product strategy
or early-stage product definition.
Proven experience designing websites, particularly for SaaS or digital platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work on web-based products, ideally from
inception to launch.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Experience with responsive design, user research, usability testing, and data-informed
iteration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills comfortable working cross
functionally.
Background in product definition or experience working in product-led teams.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.

NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow automation tools.
