- Prior experience within a CPA firm or tax-focused environment is required
- Strong familiarity with tax workflows, client portals, and document management systems (TaxDome or similar)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage tools and automation in a virtual setting
- Strong communication skills, with confidence managing client interactions directly
