A well-established hospital-affiliated multi-specialty medical group is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join its Nocturnist Hospitalist team in San Bernardino County, CA.
Position Overview:
Support and work alongside an Internal Medicine Residency Program
Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and comfortable working with residents
Open ICU environment
Procedures preferred but not required
Flexible scheduling with options for full- or part-time
Strong emphasis on team-based, collaborative inpatient care
Compensation & Benefits:
$250K – $275K annual salary
W2 or 1099 employment options available
Production-based bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus (negotiable)
