We’re partnering with a leading global insurance brokerage to find a switched-on Broker Support / Administrator to jump into a fast-paced temporary assignment supporting a high-performing broking team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on support role, enjoys being across multiple priorities, and can think on their feet while keeping things moving behind the scenes.

About the Role

You’ll be stepping in to support two Senior Brokers during their busiest period of the year (now through to July). The team is frequently on the move, so they need someone reliable, proactive, and highly organised to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a pure administrative coordination role where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting and sending emails and client correspondence
  • Preparing quotes and assisting with policy renewals
  • Gathering information from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing Certificates of Currency
  • Supporting renewal processes and timelines
  • Collating data and producing basic reports
  • General back-end broker administration support
  • Keeping the brokers organised, informed, and one step ahead

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative experience (insurance or financial services exposure ideal but not essential)
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in a busy environment
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
  • A true team player with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Someone who enjoys structure but can flex when priorities change
