Pre-Op Quality Assurance Officer (Night Shift)

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures in a food manufacturing setting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform thorough inspections of cleaning, sanitation, and equipment setup
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations relevant to food production
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with production teams
• Ability to document findings accurately and efficiently

Idea but not Essential Skills:

• Experience in poultry or food processing facility operations
• Familiarity with HACCP, GFSI, or other food safety standards
• Background in process validation or quality audits
• Experience with equipment calibration and maintenance checks

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a production plant environment, including standing for extended periods
• Willingness to follow strict safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to work night shift/ early morning hours
• Prior experience with environmental testing or pre-operational inspections is advantageous
