As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across the organisation. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly/fortnightly basis
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Process salary changes, superannuation, and deductions
- Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll systems (eSAP, or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to start ASAP and commit through to end of October
- Immediate start contract opportunity
