- Respond to booking enquiries and follow up pricing
- Data entry and scheduling confirmed bookings
- Support the Operations Manager with quotes and emails
- Perform general office administration tasks for the depot

- Good communicator, great phone manner and a team player
- Experience with scheduling and administrative duties
