- Manage end-to-end service delivery for a portfolio of PE clients, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distribution notices, and financial statements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships and coordinate with offshore teams
- Lead process improvements and optimize workflow efficiency
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-6 years of experience in fund administration or asset management industry
- Strong understanding of PE fund structures and accounting standards
- Professional accounting qualification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships
- Experience with fund administration systems (Investran, Efront, or similar) is advantageous
