Northern Rivers Community Foundation (NRCF) is a purpose-driven, community-focused organisation based in Clunes. An opportunity has become available for a Part-Time Financial Administrator to provide broad support across the team.

This is a flexible, contract role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a small, collaborative environment where everyone contributes across multiple areas.

About the Role
You’ll play a key support role across finance, administration, and events, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations during a busy period of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
  • Financial preparation and support, including use of Xero
  • Basic CRM management
  • General administrative support
  • Event coordination assistance
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
About You
  • Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounts support
  • Comfortable using Xero (or similar accounting systems)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable, proactive, and happy to wear multiple hats
  • Enjoy working in a small, mission-driven team environment
