Operations Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality service standards, managing site operations, and leading a team to ensure exceptional care for families and the community.

The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support operations staff across site services
• Oversee park development, maintenance, and presentation of facilities
• Partner closely with sales teams to deliver seamless service outcomes
• Manage site performance, budgets, and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and company policies
• Drive operational improvements and change initiatives
• Build strong relationships within the local community
• Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels

About You:

• Proven leadership experience in operations or service-based environments
• Strong people management and team development skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and targets
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
• A hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude
