They’ve built a strong reputation supporting horticultural and industrial operations across the region, and they’re now looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to come on board.

The work
You’ll be working on a range of mobile equipment used across orchards, packhouses, and industrial sites.

• Breakdowns that need sorting now, especially during peak season
• Planned servicing and maintenance to keep gear reliable
• Diagnostics and fault-finding across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Pre-delivery checks to make sure equipment leaves the yard right the first time

You’ll be trusted to manage your own jobs and deal directly with customers - no micromanagement, just solid expectations.

What they’re really looking for
They’re not chasing unicorns - just someone competent, reliable, and easy to work with.

• Trade qualified (Level 4 or equivalent experience)
• Solid background working on machinery (forklifts, agricultural, heavy equipment, or similar)
• Strong diagnostic skills - someone who can think, not just swap parts
• Good with customers -straightforward, honest communication
• The kind of person who shows up, gets stuck in, and takes pride in their work
